Beekeeping for Beginners Class
This one-day short course taught by Master Beekeeper Ward Hicks will teach you how to successfully manage your own honeybees for your own benefit.
Participants will receive a full array of course materials, handouts, catalogs and a 166-page full color edition of "First Lessons in Beekeeping."
Cost is $68 per person. A discount ticket for two ($98) is available for those who want to bring a partner and share materials. (Sales tax and other fees are included in the ticket price.)
Join us on Saturday, Feb. 3, 2024, in Idaho Falls at the Bonneville County Fairgrounds (1542 East 73rd South) from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
OR
Saturday, Feb. 10, 2024, in Rexburg at the Madison County Admin. Bldg. (134 East Main St.) from
9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Choose either course.

Ward Hicks earned a Master Beekeeping certificate from the University of Montana and has more than 40 years of experience in managing honey bee colonies. He also holds a Master of Professional Communication degree from Westminster College and is a retired faculty member at BYU–Idaho. Ward currently manages several hives in the Rexburg, Idaho area.
